- Good luck is just a side effect. Fix your body, everything else will follow.
- SAVE: Willpower or Self-control is like a muscle, like muscles your willpower gets exhausted from overuse.
- THOUGHTS: Can you change the thought that you do not like, yes you can ignore the thoughts that do not suit your requirement.
- ABSTINENCE: Practice abstaining from what you like, this will stop you from temptations easily, do not become an easy target.
- ANGER: Do you yell or do you take a deep breath, pause and then respond.
- PUNCTUALITY: Test of true commitment, do you commit to a time. Adhere to your words for small things also.
