7 Ways To Strengthen Your Self Control

  • HUNGER: If you control what you can eat and drink, you can control everything else.
  • FITNESS: Body with patience, discipline, work ethic, dedication and self-respect.
    • Good luck is just a side effect. Fix your body, everything else will follow.
  • SAVE: Willpower or Self-control is like a muscle, like muscles your willpower gets exhausted from overuse.
  • THOUGHTS: Can you change the thought that you do not like, yes you can ignore the thoughts that do not suit your requirement.
  • ABSTINENCE: Practice abstaining from what you like, this will stop you from temptations easily, do not become an easy target.
  • ANGER: Do you yell or do you take a deep breath, pause and then respond. 
  • PUNCTUALITY: Test of true commitment, do you commit to a time. Adhere to your words for small things also.
